BCV fix + few changes in alignment editor

following changes are being made: -fixed the book dropdown in BCV navigation -fixed issues related to range selection ,moving to prev and next verse.

• added a dependency [fromSentenceId] in useEffect containing getdata (AlignamentEditor.js) in order to track changed wrt from verse dropdown. -changed the source header [currently -English Bible Text] dynamic.
