moved Dictionary and glossary inside the project page

Issue #143

• Removing the Dictionary and Glossary from the homepage.
• these options should be available inside the project.
• these corresponding contents should open in new tab
• dictionary should dynamically change its source as per the project's target language.
• glossary should do the same as per the project's Source and target language.
• make sure the edit and delete apis are also updated.
