In sign videos , for some signs it shows 'Sign not available'

Issue Description : Sign videos are displayed with respect to tokens in sign translation field. if the sign and its video exists in dictionary or glossary it should be display . For some signs its shows ' sign not available' even though these signs exits in dictionary.
