show video playlist for sign token videos in alignment editor

To do - Display the sign token videos available for reference in the alignment editor as a playlist in a new dialog and play the videos sequentially

• On button click, open the dialog with the video playlist of the available sign token videos, along with functions to play and pause videos, switch to previous and next videos
