Delete not working in glossary for words with translations/Sign Mnemonics

Issue Description :
In Glossary with source as en and target as ins-x-marathisl the delete is not working for the scenarios where a english word has a translation/sign mnemonics but its working in the scenarios where there is no sign mnemonics/translations.
