Changes in sign translation field is not getting update in sign videos instantly aftter save

Issue Description :Sign videos are displaying with respect to tokens available in sign translation field. When user does any translation and save , then sign videos should get update . There is an issue with sign videos gets update , user needs to refresh the page then only videos are updating.
